New Axigen Mail Server for Windows Released

Axigen, a leading developer of Messaging Solutions from small businesses to large Enterprises, announced Axigen mail Server Version 6.1 that runs on Windows Server 2003 and on Windows XP platforms.  The company provides secure mail server like  SMTP, POP3, IMAP, WebMail, WebAdmin with multiple AntiVirus and AntiSpam support. Now, companies can take advantage of switching mail servers among Windows, Linux and hybrid platforms,

The new Windows edition will be available in three categories like Business, Enterprise, Service Provider and the free Office Edition. The price is going to be the same as those of the supported platforms.

The new features for Axigen mail server 6.1 are as follows:

  • Mobile WebMail Interface: The user can access his webmail account from his Mobilephone, download mails, do the attachment etc.
  • Country filtering: The user can control the email account based upon the geographical location. He can ban or allow email from any specific location.
  • WebMail Proxy: The WebMail proxy allows connection proxying from the frontend layer to the backend layer in a clustered environment.
