Windows Azure will to provide service hosting and management, low-level scalable storage, computation and networking. Big Blue released this week Lotus Notes Hosted Messaging service, a hosted version of corporate email service, Lotus Notes/ Domino. The company is going to charge $10 per user for the service. The service will also provide spam and virus filtering, backup and restore services and 1GB mailbox. It is expected to compete with Google gmail and Microsoft Exchange online.
