The Compulab Fit-PC is a tiny, silent, extremely low power computer (3 -5 watts). Thus, if a medium size company can replace most of their front end PCs with this Ultra Slim ones, that save lot of energy and electricity bill. A company can also use it as a thin client. The weight of the Fit-PC is only 16 Oz and the size is 4.7″ x 4.6″ x 1.6″ so that it can fit into small area. Enterprise can use it for web access/research, office productivity applications, and instruction in business applications. In other word, Fit-PC suits well for use at office or enterprise.

Intel Goes Ahead with Remote Access Technology to PCs

Intel developed new technology that will let the users access to a PC remotely and also retrieve the files over the internet. They are going to incorporate Remote Awake technology to the motherboard which is an improved version of Wake-on-LAN or Wake-on-WAN technology.
