Hasbro Inc Sued Creator of Scrabble in Facebook

The Scrabble knockoff game has grown wildly popular with millions of Facebook users. Since launching on Facebook last year, Scrabulous has attracted millions of players who spend hours each month trying to find the highest-scoring word from as many of seven randomly selected letters as possible. Nearly 513,000 people play the game on Facebook each day.

G8 Pushes for Anti Piracy Trade Agreement

During their annual summit meeting in Japan, the G8 members agreed to get the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) ready for implementation by the end of the year. The agreement, pushed by multimillion dollar companies, will open the doors to a digital police state, much to the pleasure of the MPAA and RIAA.

India: the Hottest Destination for Patent Outsource

India made a significant progress in the Intellectual Property (IP ) space. A lot of it’s happening through patent service outsourcing in India. This means, a lot of background work for the numerous patents that are being filed by other countries, are being done out of India.
